Sup people

Im from uk... when i store a number in my phonebook for example beginning with 079... when i receive a text message from that number, in the inbox it shows as a number rather then showing the name i stored the number under. Also if i store a number as +4479 then when that person phones me the name does not come up on the screen... is there a way around this? kind of annoying not know who's number it is

THanks

Common problem... go to Phone, Options, Smart Dialing, and enter your country code there. Then store the phone numbers without the country code.

Hope that helps...

I have a related CID problem, in that a number associated with my contacts only display the name of the caller if the number is in the "Business Phone" field. Name lookups do not seem to happen against the Home Number field.
