Question How do you select multiple messages/addresses?

Please Login to Remove!

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to do a bulk deletion of messages or addreses with my Pearl. Does anyone know how to select/highlight/mark more than one message/address so that I do not have to do this 1 at a time?

Shift key.

Or select a date and choose "delete prior".

Now go crazy.

**EDIT** This will only work for mail, not addresses.

Smile Got It.

Hey, why are there two Shift keys? One on the bottom far left and the other on the # key next thte return key? I could have sworn I tried that.

Default What about bulk Address selection and deletion?

I am still looking for a solution for this. Holding the caps lock instead of the shift key does not make sense either to highlight more than one message. I do not want all my contacts on my phone and want to delete 500 addresses/phones and I would hate to do 1 at a time.

Are you using an 8700 or a Pearl (8100)? The bottom left is an ALT key.
