Default Pearl stops receiving email every few days

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having a problem with my Pearl - it stops receiving email every couple days. Sometimes when I start the browser, I'll get a bunch of emails delivered. Normally though I'll wake up in the morning and have no emails and have to pull the battery to reset. When I do, the emails immediately come back.

I searched the board and didn't find any other discussions about this topic.

Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks.

How much free space do you have on your phone? Maybe try clearing up some memory. If they have no place to store on your phone, you will not get them. Others have problems of past emails disappearing and stuff as well because of this.

You might be having a different problem than this, but here are some steps you can take to clear up memory:

It says I have 10,638,743 of free space. I cleared everything out anyway. We'll see what happens.

Also, I always get the messages (they never disappear), but I have to pull the battery or go online sometimes to get it to start pushing again.
