Exclamation help for BES enterprise activation

I have a problem about enterprise activation for Pearl. I just got it couple days ago and I tried to setup company's email through enterprise activation. I got my account and password from administrator. when I activated, it just showed "activating" and my e-mail address. There is nothing happened there. Also, I could not setup my personal mail, either. I have my data service and voice service. Does someone tell me what I should check and help me to find out how to set it up?

Call your wireless carrier and make sure that you have the correct BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN provisioned on your account. Also, verify that the BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN you have supports BES. There's often a "personal" Blackberry Data Plan (BIS) and an "enterprise" Blackberry Data Plan (BES).

You need a BES capable Blackberry Data Plan.

Specific to Cingular, I'll agree.

Also check to see if you've been moved during that timeline to another exchange server. BES Admin can check to reload your listing on the BES. Not sure what else could be the problem. OH is there a previous user that owned this particular Pearl unit? If so then its something the BES Admin should be able to look into.
