Default Blackberry doesn't seem to work!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone.

I just got a brand new blackberry from t-mobile. None of the buttons work!!! When i do manage to get the screen on, the only thing that seems to work is the roller ball that scrolls from icon to icon. Other than that. There doesn't seem to be any functionality at with the buttons?????

HELP!!

Any ideas????

Is there a way to hard-reset the phone to factory settings?
