ok this has to be to good to be true cuz on the first link it says the new crystal case is $25 and on the 2nd link you say it's a combo (although site doesn't specify that) for $30???? I want to order but am confused, plz help seidio

Quick question regarding the crystal case:

Because the case is rigid, what mechanism is there in place that would prevent any type of a movement or "play" of the handset within this case? In other words, is there foam or rubber on the inside that pads the phone from moving around or is it tight enough that it doesn't jiggle around in there?

I'm ready to place my order - thanks for any information.

And regarding the holster:

Does it have the magnet that allows for automatic standby mode?

I really did read the description very carefully, but didn't see any mention to the magnet function. Please forgive me if I have duplicated a previous question, or missed something on Seidio's website.

1)Does the speaker replacement come as part of the case, as my backing case looks nothing like that! (mine is silver with 'blackberry' written on it!)
2)Is it easy to fit?

This case is designed for our extended 1250mAh battery which comes with the matching door.

It's pretty simple. It is made of a front and a back piece which simply snap together.

ok im kind of confused as to what the 24.95 includes... cuz i was thinking to myself i needed the battery cover + the crystal case+ the screen protector. i bought a crystal case at the mall, and i realized that incase i decided to buy the battery cover from you guys to get better sound... it didnt have the opening for the speakers... i also bought the screen protector, but it didnt do shit, and it looks terrible.... is there a combo deal for the battery cover and crystal case? or maybe even for all 3?

See, that's exactly what I thought too. I found out that wasn't the case.

Well I just placed an order with two items. One for the extended battery/cover and one for the crystal case.

Would have been nice to see this in the bundled deals section. For what the case is, it seemed a bit on the pricey side.

If i got the case could I still use my holster?

The case itself is designed to go with our extended battery. The battery comes with the extended door.

If you purchased our screen protector you shouldn't even see it. I've been using mine for months and you can't tell it's there. If there are air bubbles it means that something got on either the screen or protector itself. Because our screen protectors don't use glue, here's how to fix it.

1. Remove it and use the corner of a credit card or something to hold on to it.
2. Use scotch tape to remove any lint from the back of it. (I apply it a strip at a time and use a new strip each time)
3. Make sure your screen is clean and re-apply.

Our standard crystal case doesn't have the screen opening yet. I would recommend the rubberized case with replacement door.

Not if you're using our original holster. We have a holster designed specifically for the crystal case.
