Problem with recieving "More" or "More All" in email

Default Problem with recieving "More" or "More All" in email

Ok so i got an email from Jivetalk for an update
and the email is really long and so I clicked on "more" to get to the links to download. So now its saying "couldn't recieve more" something like that.
Anybody know why?

I'm running the new TIM .166 firmware.

Sounds like it could be a service book issue. Have you tried resending your service books to your device? Prior to that I would try a battery pull though if you have not done so already.

Also, make sure the original message still resides on the source mail server. It the message has already been deleted then there's no way the BB will be able to display more of the contents.
