I dropped my pearl last night and literally none of the buttons work anymore. Everything else appears to work fine and I can scroll with the trackball, but can dial, answer calls, etc.

I had a cover on the phone, and its fall wasn't violent at all. I just got this and would hate to have to replace it now.

Any help?

Have you at least done a battery pull, to reboot the device?

yes, i've battery pulled.

also, in my original post, it should say that I can't use any of the button other than the trackball scroll.

Find your receipt and the box and take that joint back!!!Has it been 14 days or less?

I'm having the same problem. BB is not under warranty.

i removed the battery, sim card, reloaded firmware..everything i can think of....with no success.

can anyone think of anything else i can try?
has the thread starter made any progress with his?

i would rather not bring it to a shop as they'll probably ding me for $100 to fix it, especially if it's something small.

im contemplating using the "taking your BB apart" thread and opening the thing up and "wiggling" the parts around....or seeing if theres something obvious in there that can be adjusted
