Question Help - application not responding, no way to close it

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have the blackberry pearl. The help application is hung for some reason - selecting it freezes the pearl and restart is needed. But after a restart the application is still running in the background, selecting it at any time freezes the phone again. Is there any way to reset the help application state so that I can continue to use it again?

Another question - is the application in the background increasing battery usage?

Thanks.

Default

I know you stated you did a restart BUT did you pull the battery for 30 sec??

If not, pull battery and leave it out for about 30 sec then insert... All should be good, report back it it is not....
