On the pearl 8100 using myfaves, is there a way to over ride the ringer settings that come with myfaves. Cause i cant get my profiles to work correctly anymore if one person is in a certain group and as a myfave contact, it seems myfaves takes control

Yes, you need to edit the myfac contact, just click on your myfav contact from their icon and you'll see the ringtone field... Change that to whatever you'd like and enjoy!

yes i did this step but i have exceptions set so that if my phone is on silent certain peoples calls still use the LOUD profile and ring even on silent.
