Default Problem Synching Calendar

Hi,
I'm now experiencing a problem synching my Outlook calender to my 9100 via Desktop Manager. I have about 1100 appointments on my Outlook calendar - and about 40 (future) will synch. Now, after counting 285 records the desktop manager crashes - every time. Tried restarts, etc. I'm assuming there is a way to isolate the offending record - but I don't know it. Can someone help?
