| I Do Blackberry Tech Support I know this isn't gonna make any sense but when desktop manger doesn't detect your device, while your blackberry is still plugged in, pull the battery out, then on the desktop manger go to options >> Connection settings>> make sure the first drop down box says none, if it doesn't change it>> hit detect.It should say make sure your device is connected properly, then hit ok and then you should get usb pin found:
take a look at the bottom of the desktop manager it should say connected, if it doesn't you can still try this process while the battery is back in and the phone is done hourglassing. |
