I returned my stereo headset for my blackberry cause I thought it was defective cause the connection was like scratched like if someone bit on it. So i got my new one today and it looked fine but when i noticed when I took it out of my headset the scratches are starting to come back on it. I think the jack is either to tight or something inside is making it like that. I look inside the jack and I see one ball in front like things sticking from the top. I think that is what is scratching the connection. I turn the headset connection around and it feels like its dragging on something. Is this normal? I dont really want to mess up a new headset and don't want to return the phone since I just got it unlocked. If someone can look at there pearl and look inside the jack and see what I see and if its not there then I know something is wrong with my jack. Im just trying to find out if this is normal and to see if I can fix it.
