I am on tmo and my browser icon is t-zone. It is okay to go to t-zone home page. But I can't use "Go to" to browse any of other website even Google. I called tmo and they say try to enable everything in browser option but I didn't work. Btw, my email works probably but I can't use Maps. So, I have no idea what to do. Please help!!!

Yes I have BB plan. And I think it works since BB email works...I've sent and received a couple of 'em

If you have a TMO blackberry data plan, and do not see the "Browser" Icon, then contact TMO and ask them to be sure that Blackberry has provisioned your account properly. I had this problem with mine when I first got it and blackberry had me set up wrong. Two minutes on the phone to TMO and it was fixed.

Thanks for advice...I just called tmo and they would correct my provision and I also did battery pull again. Now i can use Maps and those site in bookmark. But still cannot go to site other than those in bookmark. Almost done but still a little problem...what should I do next? should I call them again?
