I am going to buy blue tooth GPS.
But LCD of phone is too small. It can be used for walking only. If I am driving, seems too danger.
So I am thinking: is there a device/software can transfer the pictures to my car DVD screen?

I agree with you that the screen is too small... but why would you constantly stare at it? You should be able to look at it with one glance at a stop sign or red light and be able to interpret where you are and where you are going... There is no way of sending the screen via bluetooth, but if you have a computer PC running something compatible with Windows then you can install the screenshot program, connect it to the Blackberry and read it via the program while it is still working.
