Default Blackberry Tipper Upgrade : Now 3 flavors to choose from !

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I've updated my BlackBerry Tipper application based on feedback and have added the following enhancements.
  • 3 styles to choose from; ladies, men, and family friendly
  • Numeric entry for tip amount.
  • Number of parties.
  • Tip split by parties.
  • Total split by parties.

The downloads are attached below. Just unzip and install via the Desktop Manager.
If you enjoy the app, consider a $5 donation to my PayPal account at [email address]

Any chance you will cross develop this for the other platforms, i.e. 8700, 8800, etc.?

I've not tried it on any other BBs. Did you try it? If so, what was the result?

Nice updates, I just tried loading the familytipper app and it gives me error: "no additional applications designed for your device were found" Any idea what I need to do? I tried the other men/women tipper to make sure it wasnt a file error, I get the same message... please help.

*UPDATE* even though i got the error code, when I ran the application, the family tipper was updated on the phone... weird... I guess I got it on my phone, but can any of you explain what that error was all about?

Sorry John, that's just where I happen to have it hosted so I can keep track of download count. Didn't realize they make you sign up to download.

Great app. Can't believe that this is something that isn't included. All my old phones had something like this...

The one thing i would suggest is that you be able to set the default tip amount. To me a normal tip is 20% and it would be nice to just have it default to that (or whatever someone decides) instead of 15%.
