A little more information please. Are you syncing through Desktop Manager? Wireless BES? How are you trying to get Outlook updated?

I'm new to the whole Blackberry experience, but so far I love it! My question is similar to the one above. I've tried to use the Desktop Manager software that came with my device, to sync up with my Outlook 2003 on my Laptop, but I never got it to work. All I got was a message stating that it couldn't find my Outlook File. So I hooked it up to my desktop which has Outlook Express on it and it sync'd fine. I would rather use my Laptop because I can sync my calender and other tasks. I'd appreciate any help you can give me

Default Similar Problem

I am having a similar problem syncing my address books and calendars. I use the Yahoo Calendar to that my whole family can keep their schedulers there. I use IntelliSync to sync to Outlook and then Desktop Mgr. to sync Outlook via a USB to my Blackberry Pearl.
I have checked all the options in both sync programs, but continue to have multiple Contact listing (over one hundred!) and must run the programs twice to make sure the new Calendar events from the BB to Outlook and then back to Yahoo. It's quite a process, but the extra contacts is a real pain.
Any ideas?
