Default continuous data searching

Please Login to Remove!

so I called t-mobile and they can't help me and I'm hoping someone here can. my bb keeps doing a data search the two arrows in the upper right which is hurting my coverage because its showing as one bar. is there a way to fix this problem or will I need to reset?

Try a hard reset. It really wont hurt anything. Also try to upgrade the OS you are running.
