How's everybody? My sister has recently purchased BB Pearl which I'm guessing is the 8100. She tried to sign into the MSN IM and it freezes and hangs at the white screen of death. Although her MSN IM buddylist probably has about 100-200 people on her list sooo that might be the problem. But, I was trying to cancel the sign-in but I couldn't... please let me know if there's anything that I could do to fix this problem for my sister.

Mine does the same thing intermittenly. I have to pull the battery to reset. Somedays I have no issues with it at all. I have reformated my BB, to see if that made a diffrence. No help. Very intermitten.

Ahh I tried it and it works... although I signed into MSN IM with my username which has a whole lot less people. At least, I know of a way to fix now. Thank you very much for pointing out that removing battery reset the BB. Thanks Sam461!
