There is an option in Desktop Manager to update the phone time. It is probably set. Make sure all these are correctly set on your desktop:
-System time via BIOS
-Windows time and time zone
-Turn off the "update phone time" option
Then you should be all set. The first two are just in case the third doesn't work...
