Default Emailing Photos taken on the Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

I'm the BES administrator for our company, and I use an 8700. One of our users in the field has the pearl, and when I saw her this last weekend, she asked me how to e-mail a photo she had taken with her phone. I searched high and low thru the menus, but couldn't figure out how to do it.

Can someone help? I don't have access to the phone anymore, but I can e-mail her with the instructions.

Thanks in advance!

Im not a BES admin but i will tell you that I asked this question of my IT department and they told me that they would have to update their server before I would be able to email pics. Im guessing because most of my company uses nextel BB and also because pearl is one of the few BB's with a camera so its not that popular on the BES. My solution was to buy the T-MO 4.99 a month for 400 Text messages and you can send pics to an email address.

I didn't see that option, maybe because of what DollarBill79 said.

I don't know of any pending service updates, I'm 99% sure we are current.

Thanks for your help.
