Please Login to Remove!
Lately I have received two messages from 992.472.7669
the message reads:
SIM Update - 6B00
The Tmo PDA say they have no idea what this is!!
Has anyone seen this?

992 isn't even a valid area code. If Tmo Customer Care doesn't know what it is, then it's probably spam.

Lots and lots of chatter out there about this all the way back to 2004. Put in the number 992-472-7669 in google and a lot of threads show up about it.

If it is then it's the first BB spam I got.
But spam would have some real message, wouldn't it?

It's not spam. T-Mobile pushed something down and the support doesn't know what it is.
It's an OTA push to the device...
