Default Need Help ASAP!!

Please Login to Remove!

Ok... So yeah, I got my pearl yesterday!

Today i was browsing this forum and saw how you can upload new themes and etc..

well I followed the instructions and downloaded an OS packet.. opened it up blah blah blah..

It said that it was going to "upgrade" but that some files were older than the ones on my phone and if I would like to continue.. I said yes.

Continued.. about half way through, the power to my laptop died and froze up my phone. At that point, I could not turn it on.

I re-opened the app. loader and etc.. and tried to redo it again as if to "reprogram" it.. I did that and now all it showing is an hourglass filling and being emptied. This is my business phone and I need it to work ASAP!..

Any help?

Any new OS upgrades I can run on this so it doesn't have to run the previous applications and I can still have up to date apps?

Sounds like you will need to download Jl_Cmder (It's in my sig) and wipe the device...

Make sure you have Desktop Manager and the Handheld OS installed on the PC...

After the wipe with Jl_Cmder the BB will boot to a white screen... Plug it in to the PC and open Desktop manager then select Application loader and install the os.... The BB will reboot after the OS is installed and it can take up to 15 minutes on the 1st boot so don't stress if it takes a while...

Jl_Cmder is da bomb! It is also handy if you get rid of your BB and need to wipe your info off.
