Default unable to view attachments

Please Login to Remove!

i am unable to view email attachments on my pearl. I used to be able to view them, now, it wont even give me the option to open the attachmetn. does anyone know how to fix this problem

Have you tried a hard reboot (pull battery for 30 sec)????

Plug the BB in and open Desktop Manager then select Application Loader and make sure the BB Attachment Service is selected...

If it is, then you need to either log into your BIS account and resend the service books for call T-Mo and have them resend the service books.....

I had same issue and the service books suggestion worked like a charm.
