The web browser icon on my 8100 is gone I dont see it anyone know how i can get it back.

Try either resetting your device or resending your service books. Good luck.

First check if its hidden, much faster resolution if it indeed is "missing".
Then go with Host Routing Table in Options> Adv Options if your on BIS and you accidentally deleted.

If on BES> Go with eykhong's suggestion.

Reset 3 times. Still no browser. How do I "re-send my service books" ?

I am with T-mobile and running 4.2.0.64
