smontague... look at your BB..., do you have your APN settings located at

Options > Advanced > TCP. What is listed under APN?

If nothing, type in wap.voicestream.com.
Leave Username and Password blank.

Pull the battery on your BB and let it reboot.

Try installing OM again.

You don't need to pull the battery out. You can use the soft reset application. It works the same, without the hassle.

Sorry, mck, it's not the same. Close, but not the same.

Check your memory in Status, do a soft reset, and check your memory again, then do a battery pull reboot... and check your memory. The battery pull reboot clears the memory. Soft reset does not do as complete.

However, it will likely do what is needed to reset the APN.

I had to re-install my service books after I installed Opera Mini. Look and see if they are all still there, or just redownload.

I just did tried this, and actually the battery pull gave me 2.3k less than the Soft Reset.

Soft Reset: 31210476
Battery Pull: 31208104

Whatever, it's really not the point of the OP and thread anyway.

So at least we both know it is not the same, lol.
