And I'm feeling kinda iffy about the whole thing. I love the phone but the rate plans here in Canada with Rogers suck.
Who here wouldn't buy another Pearl if theirs was stolen?
Who would switch to a 7130 or 8800? (I'm not sure if I can get an 8800 with Rogers, hmmm.)

I have read in other threads that the rate plans for our northern neighbors are very high. I myself am waiting for the 8300 release and the differences with the 8800. Have the 8100 and love it. Had a 7105t and loved it. If mine was stolen most def would replace (and then I would search for the scoundrel who stole it). Sounds like to me your dillema is the pricing structure for service there.
