Rogers is sending me a new Pearl as my trackball seems a little messed up. How do you completely clear the memory (i.e. contacts, calendar etc.) before sending the old one back?

There is an option to "wipe" the device. Should be a thread on it in this forum.

If I could find one, I wouldn't have posted the thread asking for help.

Yes, Options > Security Settings > General Settings. Wwhile highlighting General Settings, click the trackball, next screen says "password..." click the menu key. Scroll down to "wipe handheld".

At the warning screen, scroll up to continue and you will asked to enter "blackberry".

Just trying to be helpful. I supposed I should have taken the time to type out instructions for you. Searches for "Wipe Handheld" do produce directions...
