All outbound email from my yahoo account have a signature that says "sent on blackberry pearl by tmobile"

Is there any way to change this or even remove it?

yep log into your t-mobile account to you email setup and you should see it there

from myTmobile page: Communications Tool section > Setup Blackberry Internet E-Mail > select your email account > select edit
