hello friends i am new to blackberry 8100 brought last week from canada unlocked. using it in india mumbai i am facing some problem with the device
1 when ever i dial a number from phone book +1. but india code is +91 how do i do the editing.
2 can not set gprs account
3 how to find whts on the storage card. bcoz filemanager is not there.

Soban,
Welcome to the forums...

1. Go to the Phone App. Click the menu key (to the left of the Pearl) and select Options. Select Smart Dialing. Change the country code to +91.

2. In order to get data on the BB you need a Blackberry Data Plan. A standard gprs cell phone plan won't work.

3. If there is a media card inserted then it has to be formatted before it will work in the phone. Go to >Options >Advanced Options >Media Card. click the menu key and select "format card." If this has already been done then simply go to the Media app and then click the menu key. Select "Explore" then select "Media Card."
