Hello everyone just bought a BB from e bay without instructions but will be downloading instructions. In the mean time can anybody be kind enough to tell me how I delete the previous owners email accounts from the desktop of my phone.

Well, you can delete the service books: Options > Advanced > Service Books: Click to delete those with an email address @ in them... but they could get pushed back to you. You really should have the previous owner delete his BIS account if he has not already. If has done so, the service books won't get pushed back to you.

Then do a reboot of the phone by either pulling the battery or using the soft reset icon on the screen.
