Default Problem with the top and bottom of my screen...

Please Login to Remove!

I don't know how to explain this but the top say 15% of my screen where it shows the time and reception bar etc shows my display background picture but is kinda pixelated/grainy and fades into the middle which looks perfect and at high resolution. The same is with the bottom but its the bottom 10% (but isn't as bad as the top).

I did a hard+soft reset and I have even updated my software for my phone. And its still there. I can take a picture if you guys don't know what I'm talking about.

Thanks.

Here is what I am talking about. Notice the first picture when I look at the wallpaper at full screen.

Then look at the wallpaper applied when it is on my home menu.

What is that? Look at the top of the screen and the bottom. See how its grainy of pixelated? I have seen it on my friend Pearl as well.

you're right there are definitely 3 different areas of brightness. Seems to me like a manufacture issue.

I think that 'pixelation' is just the background of the top and bottom banners for your theme. Try the T-Mobile zen theme if it is bugging you that much. Doesn't have a background overlay.

That's weird then. The dude at Rogers said the same thing.

Also, when someone calls or when you are on a call how come the top banner moves to the bottom? Wouldn't it make sense to just keep it up at the top the whole time? It also 'cuts' the wallpaper along with it.

Hence the top banner is the same size when it is pixelated.
