Exclamation Please help...I can't connect to instant messaging

Please Login to Remove!

When I first to logged into instant messaging, it asked me to make several selections (I think they were either access or privacy controls) as I was trying to log in. When it was all completed, it would not connect. I assume I made a selection that stops the Blackberry from connecting.

When I try to connect, it connects to about 20% with the yellow running man just running and running. I gave to "access" to all the application controls but it is still not working.

Any ideas???

Have you entered the APN in options??

If not got to Options >> Advanced Options >> TCP and enter:

Reboot the device (pull battery) and all should be good....
