Hello people!!!

Ive got a miss call alert on my phone but it doesnt seem to disappear!! ive pull the battery out for 30secs and put it back in but its still there! ive checked all my miss calls and even deleted them from the call log but for some reason its stuck there. Any way to get rid of this?

you will have to wipe the handset from the handset

oglock, If the battery-pull-reboot did not do the trick, try this one:
Call your phone, miss the call. Clear that entry. Pull the battery again if still there.

hhhm tried that still no luck!! if i miss call it comes up as 2 miss call when i view the miss call it still shows the one miss call

Then you may be at the point of what nexteliman suggested above, wiping the device and reloading the OS.

ok is there a way to back up all my numbers? or do i need to copy to sim?

Use Desktop Manager to backup/restore. Also try syncing your data (contacts, calendar, etc.) to MS Outlook.

no need to reload the os ..... yes do a sync first then disconnect usb--- go to options security general scroll down to you see no services then click see wipe enter blackberry to conferm then once that is done re sync

you will have to re enter any info all personal apps like tcp arn settings ...
