It will work fine and then randomly the speaker will go out and I cant here anything when I make or receive a call..I have to take the battery out and wait. Anyone else having this problem?

Something like that is reported on here from time to time. My best friend's 8100 recently had the internal speaker go on the blink. If it is within warranty, call TMo and get a replacement...
