As the title states, I somehow, deleted my own number (it doesn't display at the top of the call log) and deleted the v-mail Number from speed dial and phone book. Is this fixed by resending the service books?

press the green phone buttons then press the menu key...look for view speed dial list>>highlight the "1" and press mneu edit...just add the #...you may have to soft reset after wards...

to add your own #...options>>advanced options>>SIM card>>press menu>>edit SIM phone #>>enter your #

Thanks, I realized I could reload from the SIM card address book. Yes, I'm on TMO.
