Default Unable to display file

Please Login to Remove!

I copied some mp3 file to device memory from Media Manager in DM. but in my Pearl it read "Unable to display file /device memory/home/users/ringtonesxxx.mp3". and all other predefined music can't be player either and prompts same error? how can i fix this? thx

i have the same problem only the blackberry wont let me view anything pictures preset pictures, video and music, ringtones, and preset tones. any help i tried wiping my phone and it took of all my crap and then the problem still persisted.

to wipe go into options, then security options, then general options, finally press menu and press wipe handheld.

maybe it will work for some one else
