Here is my issue. I have a user who is wanted to have a task list of missed calls while he is out of the office.

So, more or less, when he is out of the office and he recieves a call his assistant will enter a task that someone called his office in Outlook which will sync which his phone. Here is the problem, he donsn't want to use his normal "Tasks" in Outlook or on his Blackberry. He wants a new icon on his Blackberry called "Phone Tasks". We are on BES and its a 8100. Any ideas?

That is not an option, can't always get what you want.

Just maybe if you develop an entire new theme for that user's phone can he get an icon for that.

He's the CEO so, yes, he does get what he wants. I guess the actual question is has anyone developed an application like this.

Someone more knowledgeable on themes and applications hopefully will answer your question, then. Again, I have not heard of one, and I try to keep up somewhat.
