I think we should all start inquiring at least weekly with audible support. Their customer service has always been outstanding. I have always been impressed. I am willing to ride through a troubled spot with them if it means getting solid blackberry playback. Hell, I am so hooked that I have put my laptop in my car to play audio books when the blackberry doesn't work.
As a side note, it seems that the skipping is worse on some files than others. I don't know if it is length related or specific to how or when the files were encoded by audible. Any other insights?
