I resent my service books using my hrt. I cant get the icon to show for setting up your email. what can i do to get my service books resent that i could usually get by logging into to my account using the email setup thing.

Go to the Cingular BIS site and resend or call them to do so.

lol...yeah it is..im extremely sick at the moment..little off.

i cant figure out my fricking login..is it suppose to be my email? or should i just try names that i usually use for my logins?

Hint: your username@mycingular.blackberry.net. Just the username. You're on your own for the pw.

Call Cingular and have them reset the password.... they can email it to you OR once you confirm the account info they can probably give you the password over the phone....

thanks for the help guys..i got cingular to resend me my service books and that fixed everything. and for some reason my login in the bis site was suspended. but alls great now.
