Default Pearl doesn't accept password

I tried searching the forum about unlocking/resetting a password but I didn't find anything. I know my password, but it just doesn't accept it. Any idea why?

Thanks

Do you perhaps have the CAPs locked and your password is in lowercase?

If you're on a BES, you can have your admin send you a new password over the air.

Tried, with caps, small caps and number lock, but nothing, it was working fine. Can my carrier (Cingular) reset my password?

Nope, they cannot. Do you have a backup of your device? If you put the password in wrong 10 times, it will wipe all of the data off your device....

You won't lose the applications, just the data. After it gets wiped, just restore from backup......after you set a new password....
