Default My Seidio adapter has gone bad =( - 05-06-2007, 07:33 PM

Well like most of my head phones, they end up dying cause the circuits inside or whatever tear and only get to hear in one ear, I had hoped that it was my case for my Seidio adapter but it was the adapter itself this time. Hopefully the warranty covers it and I hope that future models of things don't have that problem, maybe it's just my luck but it happens to a lot of my dam head phones =\

Not too quick. Did you try rebooting the BB and plugging in again and trying it? I've had mine do that occasionally.

Yeah thanks for the concern John, but tried that, and I can tell it's wire related cause if I move it around to the right place and hold it, then I can hear it again... I guess moving it around makes the wires touch again but yeah... it's not like I can have it like that forever.

Mine went out on me too. I was pretty hard on it though. I just ended up replacing it with a 12 dollar part from best buy. sorry Seido.

Wait... BestBuy sells STEREO ones that actuallyi work for the Pearl? I've went to Radioshack all they had were mono ones... if they have it at BestBuy then... sorry Seidio too... although I'm guno see how much the shipping is so to see if it's cheaper under warranty... seriously someone out there has to think of a way to prevent these things from so EASILY happening...

What $12 part are you talking about? I searched their site and could not find anything. Can you post a link, thanks.

I was unaware also. The jack is a unusual size. If this is the case I will get it from a local. aaronkt do you have the product number? Willie115 did you contact Seidio? They seem to have good customer support, and respond quickly here on the BBF.
