Is it possible for my Pearl to Vibrate and Play Tune at the same time, cause I've missed bunch of calls where it only vibrated or it only played tune.

Nope....Sorry. It's vibrate first then tunes. Only other options are vibrate only or tunes only.

No. It will vibrate twice and then play the tune.
OR vibrate only OR play tunes only
Or none of the above.

Those are the choices.
