I get this little annoying error since I switched to the Pearl. Any suggestions?

There was a total of 3 record(s) skipped during the synchronization as summarized below:
Address book: Device -0, Microsoft Outlook -3

I can't make out the log.

I had the same problem with 1 record and couldn't find anything in the log file. I fixed the errror by doing the following:

1. On the Outlook bar I hit View/Current View/By Company to view all of my contacts as individual lines.
2. When I scrolled down I noticed that one contact contained boxes and odd characters between the text of the address. When I double clicked on the contact everything looked fine in the address field. The contact was entered twice so I deleted the contact with the odd looking text and everthing worked when I resynched.
