Exclamation Browser Problems!!!!!!!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I have the blackberry pearl and wen i try to get on the internet it says.. "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries." how do i fix this?

Resend the service books from the carrier.

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan?

Call your carrier and ask them to re-send your service books. That should solve the issue.

Go to Options, Advanced, Host Routing Table, click to REGISTER NOW.

Give it a few minutes and you should get a registration message sent to you.

Pull the battery to reboot the BB. Try the browser again.

If that doesn't do it, go to your Tmobile BIS website ( and click on setup internet email and you will find an place to Resend Service Books.
