Default Reconciling Messages

Please Login to Remove!

I am having issues reconciling my messages, in fact i havent been able to at ALL.

My company is using BlackBerry redirector to send my messages, and is therefore not using BB the enterprise server or the internet server.

I am not sure what ramifications this has or if thier is any way around this.

I would really like to place my personal folder(pst) contents on my handheld.

The strange thing is that I have the Personal folders on the handheld but not any of its contents.

PLEASE HELP!!

It sounds like you're trying to get old messages on to the device. This can't be done. There's no syncing of old messages available, only newly pushed messages, or those in an old device backup.

It makes sense this way because, for example, if you had a 10mb attachment in an email it would fill your memory up pretty quickly. Now you COULD have a server/redirector convert to text and compress for the device, but if you had a few thousand emails this would not only take ages, but clog the network.
