Default Ringtone Woes

I've made a few ringtones using a program called audacity. It lets me cut
MP3's down to whichever part of the song I want, and export in whatever format I want. Now I'm exporting as a wav, saving to my memory card, and assigning correctly. Why are only 2 out of 5 working? Is there a cap to how large the file can be?

I have read here the max size is 200kb, so see if the two that are working are with that range... I have never made my own, so I can't speak personally of the matter.

Oh read this also... not about WAV files, but could apply.
