Problem:
Emails/SMS are queued under the 'MESSAGE' row. But sometimes when I read each one by clicking the header from home screen, the last one message disappears before I get a chance to read it. I still have the message ICON on the top screen too, but the header is gone from the home screen and NOT appearing in the message folder. Where did it go?

When I search for the message by sender, it shows up in the search results, but still not in the message folder.

But... when i get another message later, the previously missing message appears in the folder!

This problem temporarily gets fixed by hard reseting the phone, but appears again later. Very annoying.

Any help would be great!

Try re-stating the problem. Describe your selections and which menu or function you are on or using...

I think everyone will be more than happy to help they just need to better understand the issue.
