im having problems getting the opera browser to work. everytime i try running the application it goes into network setup then i get this message saying failed to connect to the internet. Any help will be appreciated. thanx

I can't connect with my Blackberry device on T-Mobile USA

There is a specific setting required to enable an Intenet application on a T-Mobile BlackBerry to go out to the Web and not get routed into the BlackBerry network.

* Go to "Options", then "Advanced Options", then "TCP".
* Under APN, enter "wap.voicestream.com".
* Leave "Username" and "Password" blank.

It's possible you need to set your APN settings.

Go to options > advanced options > TCP

There you should enter just as shown below:

APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username: (blank)*
Password: (blank)*

*actually leave blank

Note: T-Mobile has fixed the port-blocking issue. In rare cases, it is reported you may need to enter your T-Mobile username and password, the same information used for logging into Unsupported Browser ... If it still does not work properly, just call T-Mobile (call after Feburary 11th, 2005), and ask them to get the "wap.voicestream.com Internet Access Point Name" added to your BlackBerry account at no extra charge.
