Default my 8100 crashed.... any suggestions?

Please Login to Remove!

well yesterday out of no where my perl started acting up reseting and giving a few app errors... I've tried updating the software but the phone wont even boot up... It sits there with the hour glass for about 10 min and then gives a app error: 200 or a app error : 523... I've tried everything I possibly can think of to restore it.. Does anyone here have any suggestions as to what I can do to fix my phone.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi, I used the jl cmdr to wipe but now when I go to the application loader to reinstall the OS, all I get is the message:

The Blackberry Desktop software does not have Blackberry Device software for the device that you have connected to the computer...

How do I reinstall the OS then after wiping?

Thanks

You need to download the appropriate OS onto a temp drive on your PC

This will be an exe file

Open the file which will start an install wizard.

When this has finished, the files will then be available in desk top manager App loader for you to install
